  • Make sure to set your listings to inactive if you’re going on vacation and won’t be able to fulfill orders. Select Settings > Account Info > Going on a vacation? > Inactive and then save this setting. Your offers won’t show up until you switch this back to active but it will ensure you don’t sell items you can’t ship on time.
  • Offer multiple shipping options. Select Settings > Shipping Settings.
  • Provide great customer service! This leads to good ratings and reviews which can lead to increased sales. Keeping an eye on your account health will help you to maintain your performance metrics.
