Chargeback Claims
These are very infrequent because Amazon handles credit card processing. However, sometimes Amazon will ask you for information about the transaction in order for them to respond to the chargeback claim. Provide the requested information to Amazon and they will handle the rest. To do that, navigate to Performance > Chargeback Claims and select Represent you case.
